Stanley Thompson appeals his conviction of possession of cocaine. We affirm, for the reasons that follow.

On November 30, 2006, the Jefferson Parish District Attorney filed a bill of information charging Stanley Thompson with violation of La. R.S. 40:967(C), possession of cocaine. On December 1, 2006, the defendant was arraigned and entered a plea of not guilty. On April 21, 2008, the trial court denied his motion to suppress evidence...
