Defendants-Appellants, Ninth Ward Housing Corp., Shirley Mae Diaz, Patricia Diaz, Demetrius Chantz, and Altovise B. Chantz, appeal the trial court's grant of motion for summary judgment in favor of Plaintiff-Appellee, Mooring Financial Plan 401(K) Profit Sharing Plan. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
