PEATROSS, J.

Defendant, Gregory Taylor, was charged with simple burglary and was later convicted by a jury as charged. The State then filed a habitual offender bill and the trial judge adjudicated Defendant a fourth felony offender. Defendant was sentenced to serve a term of 30 years' imprisonment at hard labor. Defendant now appeals, urging three assignments of error. Finding, however, this appeal to be not ripe for consideration, we remand for further proceedings...
