The plaintiff in a suit for partition of former community property, which was consolidated with her ex-husband's succession proceeding, appeals a judgment relating to the partition in favor of the succession and the person serving as its executrix. On appeal, the plaintiff has also filed an exception raising the objection of prescription with respect to a claim for reimbursement filed by the succession.
