The defendant, Kevin Robinson ("Mr.Robinson"), appeals his conviction and sentence for manslaughter, a violation of La. R.S. 14:31. The trial court imposed a sentence of 25 years at hard labor. For the reasons that follow, we affirm his conviction and sentence.
