This juvenile appeal arises from the Juvenile Court in and for the Parish of Caddo, State of Louisiana. The juvenile, K.M.T., was adjudicated a delinquent youth for the offense of attempted forcible rape, a violation of La. R.S. 14:27 and 14:42.1.
