In this dispute over the ownership of an 80-acre tract of land located in Bienville Parish, John L. Cockerham, Jr. ("Junior") and Melissa Cockerham ("Melissa") appeal a judgment recognizing the ownership interests of others, including the petitioner, Clarence Cockerham ("Clarence").

We affirm.
