Alpine Meadows, L.C. appeals a summary judgment granted by the First Judicial District Court, Parish of Caddo, State of Louisiana, in favor of the defendants, Peter Mark Winkler and Sarah Cush Winkler. For the following reasons, we affirm the trial court's judgment.
