Defendant Samuel Smallwood appeals his conviction of aggravated rape of a juvenile, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:42. On appeal, he argues that there was insufficient evidence to support the verdict. He also argues that the trial court unduly restricted his closing argument, and that the trial court improperly denied a mistrial after the prosecutor made improper remarks during closing arguments. He further assigns all errors patent.
