The Appellant, Remy Richard (hereinafter Mr. Richard), appeals a judgment of the district court granting a Motion for Summary Judgment in favor of the Appellees, Robert Turner (hereinafter Mr. Turner) D/B/A Turner's Foundation Repair and Bankers Insurance Company (hereinafter Bankers). We affirm.
