MOORE, J.

The decedent's sister, Minnie Taylor Fleming, appeals a summary judgment that (1) annulled a prior judgment of possession that had placed Ms. Fleming and her nieces and nephews in possession of the estate, and (2) placed the decedent's three alleged children in possession. Finding that the record does not resolve all genuine issues of material fact, we reverse and remand for further proceedings.
