This criminal appeal arises from the First Judicial District Court, Parish of Caddo, State of Louisiana. Richard Lee Howard was charged with aggravated burglary, a violation of La. R.S. 14:60, and after a jury trial, he was found guilty as charged. Howard was sentenced to 10 years' imprisonment at hard labor, and 30 days' imprisonment in the parish prison in lieu of court costs. The sentences were ordered to run concurrently, with credit for time served...
