GASKINS, J.

The claimant, Fred D. Kidd, Sr., appeals from a ruling by a Workers' Compensation Judge (WCJ) dismissing his claim for permanent disability benefits. The claimant was also found to have committed fraud in violation of La. R.S. 23:1208 and was ordered to pay restitution of indemnity benefits, medical benefits and attorney fees. For the following reasons, we affirm the judgment.
