The mother of a minor child appeals a summary judgment dismissing her cause of action for damages against the owner of a residence where her child was accidentally injured. She also appeals a judgment sustaining a dilatory exception of prematurity by the child's father, who had physical custody of the child at the time of the injury. For the following reasons, we affirm the trial court's summary judgment but reverse the judgment sustaining the exception...
