Defendant, Maryln A. LeBlanc, appeals the sentence she received in connection with her guilty plea to one count of vehicular homicide and three counts of vehicular negligent injuring. For the following reasons, we vacate the thirty-year sentence imposed on the conviction for vehicular homicide and remand the matter to the trial court for resentencing in accordance with this opinion.
