Defendant, Martin Hill, pled guilty to distribution of cocaine in violation of LSA-R.S. 40:967 A. The district court sentenced defendant to 15 years at hard labor, ordering that the first two years of the sentence be served without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence. The court further ordered that the sentence run concurrently with defendant's sentence in district court case number 04-4827.1
