Defendant, Martin Hill, pled guilty to distribution of cocaine within 1,000 feet of a school or church, a violation of LSA-R.S. 40:981.3, and was sentenced to 15 years at hard labor, with the first two years to be served without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence. The court further ordered that the sentence run concurrently with defendant's sentence in district court case number 04-3442.1
