This is an appeal of a Child in Need of Care (CINC) adjudication from the First Juvenile District Court, Caddo Parish, the Honorable Paul Young presiding. The court adjudicated the minor female child, C.H., as a child in need of care based on its finding that the father committed sexual abuse by touching the four-year-old child inappropriately.
