Defendant Kerry Savoie appeals his conviction for possession of cocaine, a violation of LSA-R.S. 40:967 C. On appeal, he argues that the trial court erred in denying his Motion to Suppress Evidence, and that his sentence is excessive. For the following reasons, we affirm the conviction and sentence.
