Henry Leonce Salassi, IV filed suit against his former spouse Bonnie Perry Salassi seeking to revoke a gratuitous donation made in 1997. The trial judge revoked the donation and this appeal followed. For the foregoing reasons, we affirm.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

Henry and Bonnie Salassi were married in Jefferson Parish on February 24, 1990 and have resided there since that time.
