This is a bail bond forfeiture proceeding in which the commercial surety Safety National Casualty ("Safety") filed a devolutive appeal from a September 25, 2008 judgment denying its Amended Motion to Set Aside and Nullify the Judgment of Bond Forfeiture. For the foregoing reasons, we affirm the judgment of the trial court. We also remand this matter to the trial court for the correction of a minute entry in the record.
