The employer, Hollywood Casino (now known as Eldorado), appeals judgment finding that Linda Thomas sustained the occupational disease of carpal tunnel syndrome ("CTS") in both hands, denying its defense of fraud and exception of prescription, and assessing penalties of $8,000 and attorney fees of $15,000. Ms. Thomas answers the appeal, seeking additional attorney fees for handling the appeal. We affirm the judgment and award an additional attorney fee.<...
