In this suit for damages allegedly arising out of an automobile accident, the trial court awarded $2,619.70 to Plaintiff (mother) Joycelyn Holden, $1,039.91 to her daughter, Joyia Holden, each award representing general damages plus emergency room fees. The trial judge, however, denied the injury claim of Ms. Holden's second daughter, Ravyn Holden.
