Defendant, James Edward Hanson, III, pled guilty to two separate charges of obscenity as a first offender pursuant to a plea bargain agreement. For each conviction, Defendant was sentenced to serve three years' imprisonment at hard labor, without benefit of probation, parole or suspension of sentence, with the sentences to be served concurrently.
