STEWART, J.

Defendant, Jonathan Lee Black, was charged with one count of attempted armed robbery and found guilty as charged. The trial court sentenced the defendant to serve 23 years' imprisonment at hard labor without benefit of probation, parole, or suspension of sentence. He now appeals, urging two assignments of error. For the reasons stated herein, we affirm the defendant's conviction and sentence.
