WILLIAMS, J.

The plaintiffs, Joann and Sam Breitling, appeal a judgment in favor of the defendant, City of Shreveport ("the City"). The trial court dismissed the plaintiffs' claims, finding that the City did not have custody of the sidewalk where the accident occurred and did not have actual or constructive notice of the dangerous condition. For the following reasons, we affirm.
