From a judgment granting motions for summary judgment and special motions to strike, James E. Bradford appealed and complained that the trial court erred in dismissing with prejudice his defamation action and casting him with $6,000 in attorney's fees. For the following reasons, the judgment is reversed and the matter is remanded for further proceedings.
