This is a succession case dealing with two competing wills. After the first will was probated, a second will was brought forth. In the first will, the decedent left no property to one of his sons and that son's wife. This was inconsistent with the several wills the decedent had made over his lifetime. In the second will, executed just prior to the interdiction proceedings of the decedent, he did leave property and assets to that same son and wife...
