WILLIAMS, J.

The plaintiff, Perry Wolfe, appeals a judgment in favor of the defendant, Town of Homer. The trial court granted the defendant's motion for involuntary dismissal, finding that the Town of Homer was not vicariously liable for the acts of the co-defendant, Thomas Ridley, Jr. For the following reasons, we affirm.
