The Monroe City School Board, Vickie Dayton and James Dupree appeal the judgment of the Fourth Judicial District Court, Parish of Ouachita, State of Louisiana, which was partially in favor of the plaintiffs, Gannett River States Publishing Corporation d/b/a The News-Star and Barbara Leader (collectively, "Gannett"). In response, Gannett answers the appeal. For the following reasons we reverse the judgment of the trial court.
