STEWART, J.

Defendants/Appellants, Dorothy Morman Flynn, Mary Helen Morman, Wash Morman, and Alfredia Q. Morgan ("the Mormans"), are appealing a summary judgment granted in favor of the Plaintiff/Appellee, Carter Logging, L.L.C., ("Carter"). Finding no merit in the Mormans's claims, we affirm the trial court's judgment.
