BROWN, Chief Judge.

Defendant, Thomas G. Rios, was charged by bill of information with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, a violation of La. R.S. 14:68.4. A jury found defendant guilty as charged. After being adjudicated a second felony offender, defendant was sentenced to serve 20 years at hard labor. Defendant has appealed his conviction and sentence. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm both the conviction and sentence.
