Thomas D. Gilmore, Jr., the father of Allison Lee Gilmore, who is deceased, appeals a judgment sustaining the peremptory exceptions raising the objection of prescription filed by both defendants, Carol Whited and Grace Episcopal Church ("Grace"), and dismissing Mr. Gilmore's action to exhume and relocate the remains of Allison. For the following reasons, we reverse in part and affirm in part the judgment of the trial court and remand for further proceedings...
