Defendant, Averitt Express, Inc., appeals the workers' compensation judge's ruling in favor of Kim Williams. The WCJ found that Williams met his burden of proving a work-related injury, that he was entitled to Supplemental Earnings Benefits (SEB), and that he had not violated the provisions of La.R.S. 23:1208. The WCJ awarded SEB from the date of termination including interest as well as indemnity and medical benefits from the time Defendant claimed...
