Defendant, Wilson Jarrow, was charged by bill of information with aggravated flight from an officer in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:108.1 C (Count 1); and illegal possession of stolen things valued at $500.00 or more in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:69 (Count 2).1 Defendant pled not guilty at arraignment.
