Office of Group Benefits (OGB), Third Party Defendant-Appellant, appeals the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Gus Watson, Third Party Plaintiff-Appellee. For the following reasons, we affirm the trial court's grant of summary judgment and amend the judgment to reflect that interest on penalties and attorney's fees is due from the date of judgment.
