In this workers' compensation case involving two separate claims for a shoulder injury and a back injury which were consolidated for trial, claimant, Larry Modicue, was awarded temporary, total disability and medical benefits for the back injury, including penalties and attorney fees. For the shoulder injury, however, Mr. Modicue's claims for temporary, total disability and medical benefits, penalties and attorney fees were denied. No appeal was taken...
