Plaintiff, Kimberly Haley, individually, as the administratrix of the succession of Christopher Neal Haley and as the tutrix of the minor child, Summer Haley, appeals the district court's ruling granting summary judgment in favor of defendants, Johnny Ward, d/b/a Ward Sign Company, and Wellington Specialty Insurance Company. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the district court's judgment.
