This criminal appeal arises from the Second Judicial District Court, Parish of Bienville, State of Louisiana. Robert Lee Johnson was convicted by a jury of two counts of second degree murder of his parents. La. R.S. 14:30.1. For each count he was sentenced to the mandatory sentence of life imprisonment at hard labor without benefit of probation, parole or suspension, to be served concurrently. Johnson now appeals.
