Cherrie C. Flores, the claimant, appeals from a judgment by the Eleventh Judicial District Court, Parish of DeSoto, State of Louisiana, which affirmed the decision of an administrative law judge ("ALJ") denying her unemployment benefits. For the following reasons, we reverse and remand for further proceedings.
