McCLENDON, J.

On remand from the Louisiana Supreme Court, defendant, Exxon Mobil Corporation (Exxon) appeals the trial court's assessment of the majority of the court costs to Exxon.1 Exxon argues that the costs should have been apportioned more in line with the jury's assessment of fault. Finding an abuse of the trial court's discretion, we modify the allocation of costs.
