Plaintiff in intervention, Donald Garsee, appeals the district court's ruling granting summary judgment in favor of defendants, Kizzy Whitaker and State Farm Mutual Auto Insurance Company ("State Farm"). For the reasons that follow, we affirm the district court's judgment.
