Plaintiff, Cynthia Robertson, filed this appeal from a partial summary judgment granted in favor of the Defendant, Frank's Super Value Foods, Inc., on her claim for damages caused by Frank's interference with her civil action against it. For the reasons which follow, we reverse and remand.
