Tonya Jane Phelps Barlow appeals the Final Decree of Adoption by the 6th Judicial District Court, Parish of Tensas, State of Louisiana, which terminated her parental rights and allowed the final adoption of the minor child, L.M.S. by John David Spillars and Ashley Lyndyn Spillars. For the following reasons, the trial court's judgment is affirmed.
