Plaintiffs, Patrick M. and Emily Denofrio, sought partial summary judgment on the issue of uninsured/underinsured motorist insurance coverage ("UM") against their insurer, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company ("Liberty Mutual"). The trial court denied the motion and the Denofrios appealed. Finding that the judgment was not an appealable judgment, on our own motion, this court converted the appeal to an application for supervisory writs and granted certiorari...
