Natasha Nichols brought this action in tort on behalf of Chadrick Jones and as provisional tutrix of her children, A.N. and C.N., who are also the children of Chadrick Jones. Mr. Jones, age 25, was an employee of Horseshoe Casino ("Horseshoe"), who died while at work from an acute asthma attack.
