CARAWAY, J.

Leotis Thomas was convicted after a bench trial of first degree robbery. He pled guilty to being a second felony habitual offender and was sentenced to 42 years of imprisonment at hard labor. Thomas now appeals his conviction and sentence. We affirm the conviction and remand for consideration of the merits of Thomas's motion to reconsider sentence.
