The third party defendants, TriStem, Ltd. ("TriStem") and Joe Seeber ("Seeber"), TriStem's President and CEO, appeal the September 12, 2007 judgment holding them in constructive contempt for violating the trial court's August 5, 2004 protective order. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm in part and reverse in part.
