The plaintiff, Judy Carsice ("Carsice")1, appeals the judgment of the Office of Workers' Compensation ("OWC") granting summary judgment in favor of the defendant, Empire Janitorial Sales & Services, LLC ("Empire Janitorial"), and dismissing her claim for workers' compensation benefits. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
