On June 28, 2006, the Defendant, Jonathan Ray Easterling, was charged by bill of information with oral sexual battery, a violation of La.R.S. 14:43.3. Following a bench trial held on May 20, 2008, the Defendant was found guilty as charged. The Defendant was sentenced on December 12, 2008, to serve five years at hard labor, without benefit of probation, parole or suspension of sentence, and was given credit for time served.
